Who we are
This website is run by Virtually On It. You can contact us at hello@virtuallyonit.com.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you send the call request form we store your name, email address, business name, website, industry, the services you are interested in, your budget range, your preferred start and your message.
- Newsletter. When you subscribe we store your first name and email address.
- Visits. We count page visits in a private, first party way that does not use cookies and does not identify you. Your address on the internet is never stored in a readable form.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
- To provide the services you ask for.
- To send guides you subscribed to. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
The site works without cookies. If Google Analytics is switched on for this site, it loads only after you accept it, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the site: our hosting provider, our email provider, and our newsletter provider if you subscribe. Videos are shown through YouTube in its privacy enhanced mode, which sets nothing until you press play.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of our work together. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails. Write to hello@virtuallyonit.com and we will act on it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
