How it works

From first call to work in progress

Handing work over should be simple. Here is exactly what happens, step by step.

How do I get started?

  1. 1

    Book a free call

Choose a time or send the form. Explain what you need in plain words. There is no brief to prepare.

  2. 2

Get a written plan and price

After the call you receive a short plan: what will be done, by when, how you will be kept informed and what it costs.

  3. 3

    Hand over safely

You share only the access the tasks need. Each task gets a short guide so it is done your way.

  4. 4

    Work starts, you stay informed

Work begins on the agreed date. You get a clear summary of what was done and what is next.

What you can rely on

One point of contact

You speak to the same person on every call, whatever the service.

Agreed before it starts

Scope, timing and price are written down first, so there are no surprises.

Clear summaries

You always know what was done, what is next and what it cost.

Start small

Begin with a single task or project and add more only when it is working.

Questions about working together

What happens on the first call?

You explain what is slowing you down. You hear which service fits, or that none does, and what a sensible first step would be. The call is free and there is no obligation.

What is in the written plan?

The tasks or deliverables, the start date, the timing, how you will be kept informed and the price. Nothing begins until you agree to it.

How will I know what has been done?

You receive a clear summary of the work at the rhythm agreed in your plan, and you can ask your point of contact at any time.

How do I hand over access safely?

You share access only to what the tasks need, using your own tools and logins. You can remove that access at any time.

What if it is not working for me?

Tell your point of contact. The plan is adjusted, and you can stop with the notice written in your plan.
